The website Printpower.eu  (the "Website") is owned and operated by Print Power Europe, which is an initiative of Communicate BV for the purpose of marketing and promoting the use of printed advertising channels (for example newspapers, magazines, direct mail, door drops, (large format) posters, retail communication, catalogues) as effective advertising media within Europe.

Through the Website, Print Power Europe provides the following services (the “Service”): 

• The possibility for the User to access the Website (which is a content website providing news, research, insights, data, case stories, etc. about the effectiveness of printed advertising media) and all its functionalities (participation to survey, possibility to contact us by means of a contact form, etc).
• The provision to Subscribers of a newsletter.

Continuity of the service

Print Power Europe ensures, to the extent possible, that the Website remains accessible for a normal number of Users.

Print Power Europe is entitled to improve or revise the Service at all times and without prior notification. Print Power Europe may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Service (or any feature of the Service).

The User and the Subscriber acknowledge that Print Power Europe makes its best efforts to provide the Service at its best quality. Print Power Europe and any of its affiliates, directors or employees or other representatives disclaim any liability to any person or any entity (including User or Subscriber) for any losses, damages or costs of any kind, including (without limitation) direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, income or profit, loss of goodwill, wasted expenditure, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, based upon or resulting from the use of the Service. 

Intellectual property

The Website and all its components (marks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, text, etc.) are the property of Print Power Europe or its partners. They are protected by intellectual property rights (more specifically copyright and neighbouring rights, trademark rights, etc.).

The Website and all its components may not be reproduced, communicated, distributed, transmitted, broadcasted, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited without prior and written authorisation from Print Power Europe (which Print Power Europe reserves the right to terminate at any time) and/or from the rights holder. After termination of this authorisation, User and Subscriber must destroy any downloaded materials owned, whether in electronic or printed form.

Any violation of any of the above restrictions may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights punishable with imprisonment and fines, without prejudice to civil damages.

Users and partners (the “Submitter”) can submit content for publication onto the Website (images, text, or other). Print Power Europe controls the suitability of the content submitted for publication on the Website on the sole basis of the information provided by the Submitter.
